The RICS globally

In 2010, the RICS includes over 91000 qualified members and over 64500 trainees and students spread across 146 countries with 160 different specialities represented in 21 professional groups.

Professionalism and integrity are the guiding principles of Chartered Surveyors in France as with all others across the world, in the United Kingdom, in the 18 national associations capped by RICS Europe in Brussels and in the other 32 national associations capped by the other five RICS continental headquarters.

Governed by the same rigorous code of conduct covering confidentiality, conflicts of interest and the quality of their services, this denomination is an internationally recognised qualification denoting highly qualified experts in property and construction who offer value added and due diligence professional services to those who require advice and assistance in these fields.
