Provence Surveying Interface sarl, Chartered Building Surveyors, is a fully constituted French practice founded beginning 2002 and trading as a limited company that complies with the RICS regulations and all legal requirements arising under French jurisdiction. Provence Surveying Interface covers and offers in France all the services offered traditionally by equivalent practices in the UK, ranging from different types of property surveys prior to acquisition through to design and management on building projects.
Alexander Cunynghame-Robertson BSc. MRICS, the Company Secretary and Principal, is both French and British and an RICS France Chartered Building Surveyor and Conservation Surveyor with close to 40 years experience in the construction industry, the greater majority having been spent in France and exclusively so also since 1994. Although he has been involved in large private sector projects in both France and the United Kingdom, the conservation of architectural heritage and sustainable development with alternative and renewable energy resources have always remained his areas of special interest.
We have been priviledged to be able to rely on reccommendations to keep us busy without publicity or marketing. We have taken the opportunity provided by a lull in workload to develop finally a first web site that was long overdue to raise our profile once again further afield however this will not change our permanent policy. We will decline accepting any instruction in accordance with the RICS code of conduct :

If we feel for any reason we cannot accept your instruction, you will benefit from valuable advice and we will guide you if possible to another practice we feel will be better placed to serve your interests. For example, our Principal used to undertake property valuations regularly but turn-over in that sector of services reduced when he established P.S.I. He felt this affected his capability and stopped providing them. Enquiries for property valuations have ever since been redirected to another practice specialising in that sector that have produced excellent work repeatedly in response.
